The Helix 100 Night Sleep Trial
At Helix, we stand behind our matching technology and the quality of our products. That’s why we offer our 100 Night Sleep Trial and 10-15 year warranties for all of our mattresses. But any new mattress has an adjustment period, so we want to make sure you know what to expect after you receive your new Helix mattress in case you're not completely sure after the first few nights.

Why Does Helix Offer a Sleep Trial? How Does it Work?
The 100 Night Sleep Trial is our guarantee that comes along with your Helix Mattress purchase. Since all new mattresses have a break-in period, we require customers to keep the mattress for 30 days before initiating a return to ensure the mattress actually isn't the right one for them. During this time, toss, turn, and get comfortable on your new mattress. It's yours, so treat it that way!

However, if after the first 30 days you are unhappy with your mattress for any reason, that's OK. You can return it for the full refund as long as it's still within the 100 day period—in other words, between days 31-100.
Please Note: The Adjustable Base comes with a 20 year warranty and our Customer Experience team is happy to help right away if you run into any issues with it, but it is not included in the 100 Night Sleep Trial and therefore can't be returned once it has been removed from its original packaging.

Many sleepers find that there is an adjustment period during the first few weeks with a new mattress, including our Helix Mattresses. This is especially true if you’ve been sleeping on an older mattress that your body has had a lot of time to get used to.

We encourage you to trust our Sleep Quiz's mattress matching technology and give your body a chance to get comfortable with your new Helix Mattress. That’s why we ask all customers to keep their mattress for 30 days to adjust to their new mattress, and take advantage of this break-in period. Sleeping on a mattress that has been tailored to your sleeping needs and preferences is new—give it some time, because we think you'll really love it.
If you think the feel maybe isn't quite right, please reach out to our Customer Experience team by emailing orders@helixsleep.com and they'll be happy to send you an additional comfort layer topper, free of charge! Depending on if you'd like a softer or firmer feel, they'll send you the right topper to address your needs.
The End of the Sleep Trial.

If you're like most Helix customers, you’ll be sleeping so well you won’t even know the 100 Night Sleep Trial is over. But if you find that you’re unhappy with your Helix for any reason within your 100 night trial period, you can reach out to our team of Sleep Specialists who make the return process simple. They’ll walk you through the process step by step, arrange a mattress pickup, and refund you in full once the removal is complete. No risk, no lost sleep.


Please note: For a limited number of customers living in remote areas, it is possible that we do not have a pickup partner who services your zip code. If that is the case, our team will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss the best solution.


Warranty Replacements: While mattress defects are extremely rare, our manufacturer's warranty protects you against structural defects, should they occur. If your mattress is replaced under the terms of our warranty, the replacement mattress does not include a new 100 night sleep trial. Warranty replacements are not eligible for return or refunds.
